Most brides, grooms and families do not realize just how complex the planning and coordination of a wedding ceremony can be. And how could they? This isn’t something you do every day! What is needed is an experienced person who is dedicated to the details and taking responsibility for all of them. You and your family are too busy and your wedding is too special to be preoccupied with logistics. Our goal is to take away all those stress points so that you can focus on what truly matters.
What details and logistics of the ceremony? We mean all the practicalities such as seating, getting people into place, coordinating all matters relating to the location and participants in the ceremony – minister, musicians, bridal party and family.
Our primary mission is to coordinate all ceremony details, but if you desire more comprehensive assistance in things relating to the ceremony such as flowers, decorations, aisle runner, or assistance with your reception, you may discuss these additions with the Ceremony Coordinator.
